| 摘 要： 分析了信息的特点，认为信息技术的发展和数字网络的兴起打破了信息丰富性与受众量之间的平衡关系，导致了以此为基础构建的传统商业模式的解构，从而引起企业管理范式的演变。在提出新经济浪潮下的企业管理的信息范式的基础上，分析了企业管理信息范式中的组织结构特点和如何进行战略调整。 |

| Abstract: The author analyses the peculiarities of information, puts forward that the development of information technology and the appearance of digital net break the balance between information abundance and accepted quantity. They hasten the disorganization and rebuilding of traditional business model based on it, and lead to the evolution of enterprise management paradigm. Then he puts forward the enterprise management information paradigm facing the impact of new economic tide, and analyses the characteristics of organization structure and how to adjust strategy, so as to survive and develope. |
