伦理制度之我见 |

| 摘 要： 伦理制度即道德的制度化，是伦理学研究和当前道德实践的重要领域。作者运用逻辑学的交叉概念理论及方法对伦理制度加以研究，认为伦理制度是制度与道德两种不同的社会规范交叉产生的具有新质的伦理范畴，它分为道德立法和道德纪律两大类型。与非制度化的伦理要求、道德规范相比较，伦理制度具有组织权威性、可操作性和外在强制性等特点，能产生“善有善报，恶有恶报”的强大作用，虽然它有其适用范围的限制，但在维护当今的社会秩序中发挥着道德说教和制度规章不可替代的作用。 |

| Abstract: Ethical institution, or moral institutionalization ,is an important field of the ethics research and moral practice at the present .The author studies it by the use of intersect concept theory and methods in Logic and holds that ethical institution falls into two ethical categories: morality legislation and moral discipline. Compared with the ethical requirement and moral standard of non-institutionalization, it is characterized by organization authority, practicability and compellability. It is a new-type moral behavior standards connecting the hard restraint with the soft one and integrating selfdiscipline with discipline, and will play an unsubstitutive role in keeping public order at present. |
