| 摘 要： “新公共管理”运动是西方国家行政管理领域的创新,对我国的行政管理改革有启示作用。但由于我国的行政管理改革有着与西方“新公共管理”运动不同的问题和任务,因此,我们不能原样复制西方的“新公共管理”模式,而应当结合中国的实际情况,消化和整合西方“新公共管理”的思想。 |

| Abstract: “NewPublic Management”is an innovation in administration realmof Western countries, fromwhich our administration can gain some enlightenment. Because our administration reform has some problems and missions different from“NewPublic Management”, we can not blindly apply“New public management”model in Western. We should drawon the experience of“NewPublic Management”in Western in the light of the concrete conditions in China. |
