《左传》赋诗习俗的渊源与流变

摘  要: 《左传》赋诗是由典礼性用诗而来,典礼性用诗是西周时期祭祀礼、朝聘宴享礼、射礼等仪式中的一项重要礼仪活动,《诗》的礼仪性功能非常显著。随着诸侯征伐和“礼崩乐坏”局面的形成,典礼性用诗已不能适应新的政治和外交形势的需要,于是赋诗传承典礼性用诗,用《诗》的文字意义来实现其政治性实用功能。而战国纵横捭阖的政治形势使各国完全撕去了文质彬彬的外衣,赋诗从此销声匿迹。

On the origin and changes of chanting Songs in Zuo Zhuan

Abstract: Chanting Songs was transformed from ceremonial Songs, an important rite of sacrifice, banquet and archery in the Western Zhou Dynasty and the ritual function of the Songs was obvious. With warfare rising among states and ceremony damaging, the ceremonial Songs couldn’t adapt to new political and diplomatic affairs, then Chanting Songs passed on ceremonial Songs, and used the characters of the Songs to achieve the political and practical function. Chanting Songs disppeared in the Warring States due to the fact that all states discarded the elegance and ritual.
