美国的经济运作法则及其对我国的启示 |

| 摘 要： 采用系统工程的思想方法,从经济循环角度分析验证了美国经济的运作法则,总结了美国经济运作规律。研究发现:推动美国经济发展的是安全建设、政府创造外部经济、通过贸易逆差和美元新币转嫁经济泡沫等,它们是持续整体提升美国经济的原动力。借助美国经济成功运作的实践启示,对我国产业发展定位、政府经济职能确定、贸易顺差处理等方面提出了批评和建议,认为发展知识劳动密集产业、控制美元顺差、进口欧洲产品等措施有利于化解美国的压力。 |

Regulating laws on USA′s economy and its enlightment for China |

| Abstract: This treatise presents the laws of the economy regulated in the USA, in view of its economical circulation by using system engineering idea and methods. It is discovered in this research that there are three impetuses to promote continuously theUSA’s economy as awhole, i.e., safe constructed, plus-externalities created bygovernment, and economic foam discharged out by the way of expanding trade loss and newbanknotes. Analysized in the same way, 10 more detail laws are gotten. Based on it, some comments and proposals are presented with industry-situated, government’s economical function fixed, and trade surplus treated. The author believes that useful countermeasures for relieving the pressure from the USA are to develop the knowledge labor-dense industries, control black figure from the USA and in crease imports from Europe. |
