| 摘 要： 保理业务是解决中小企业融资难题、促进中小企业发展的一种新思路。但目前我国银行在该项业务的运作过程中面临着许多现实困境。通过对担保公司和银行在开展中小企业保理业务时的合作模式进行探讨,认为在保理业务中引入信用担保机构,可较好地解决银行所面临的困境,并且双方的合作是可行的。 |

Guarantee to factoring:a new solution to SMEs’financing |

| Abstract: Factoring is a new solution to the difficulty in SMEs’financing and is helpful to promote their development.But as a matterof fact , there are many difficulties for commercial banks to put it intooperation. In ouropinion, if credit guarantee institutions furnish credit guarantee for SMEs in factoring, the difficulties the banks are faced with will be resolved. This paper analyses and discusses the co-operation patterns between commercial banks and creditguarantee institutions in factoring for SMEs. |
