| 摘 要： 我国建筑业的发展可分为形成和成长、停滞和徘徊、恢复以及发展四个时期。虽然在发展中波动较大,但由于得益于政府的支持和推动,总体上呈上升趋势。目前,要推动我国建筑业的加快发展,应改革政府对建筑市场的监管模式,完善建筑市场交易制度以及优化建筑市场组织结构。 |

| Abstract: Development of construction industry in China is divided into four stages: formation and growth, stagnation and wander, restoration and development. It has waved much in the course of development, but has presented a rising tendency overall since itbenefited fromsupport and promotion ofthe government. At presentwe should reformthe monitoring model of government, improve exchange system and optimize organization structure of construction market so as to further the development of our construction industry. |
