| 摘 要： 毛泽东与邓小平的社会保障思想之共同之处,都认为在社会保障与经济建设的关系问题上,要重点发展生产,同时也认为社会保障要以合理、适度为原则;不同之处是,毛泽东过多地强调平均,而邓小平则主张效率优先,兼顾公平,并提出了具体的扶贫救济模式。 |

The comparison between Mao Ze-dong and
Deng Xiao-ping′s thought of social security |

| Abstract: Compared with the thoughtof social securityofMao Ze-dong and DengXiao-ping, the similarity lies in the fact that they all thought itwas importantto develop the production aboutthe relation of social security and economic construction,with social security as the principle ofmoderation;the difference is thatMao Ze-dong concentrated on average excessively while DengXiao-ping preferred efficiency first and took fairness into account,and put forward the concrete model of supporting the poor. |
