| 摘 要： 法家作为先秦诸子中颇具影响的一个学派,对义利关系持有独特的观点。法家义利观以人性好利自私为立论基础,主张利以生义、以利为义、以法制利,以法为社会生活的最高准则。作为法家的指导思想,法家义利观对中国历史的发展产生了深远的影响,至今仍能为现代社会提供某种参照。 |

Research on legists’conception of righteousness versus profitableness |

| Abstract: The legalists in the pre-qin had unique conception of righteousness versus profitableness.The foundation of their conception was that human nature was in pursuit of profitableness and selfish .They advocated that righteousness could come from profitableness, and that people should take profitableness as righteousness and take law as the highest criterion of social life. This conception had had the profound influence on the development of Chinese history and it still could provide some kind of reference for the modern society. |
