| Abstract: To build the socialist new countryside is the important historic task in the processes of the modernization in our country. We must think of it in a dialectical way: we should not only see the immediate and urgent importance, but also the protracted nature; we should not only insist overall construction,but also insist focal point developing; we should not only bring into the government leadership, but also let the peasants play a main part role; we should not only use the experience of other countries for reference ,but also base upon the Chinese practice. |
