| 摘 要： 政治伦理可分为政党伦理、政制伦理和政员伦理。政党伦理的核心是崇尚民主,真正代表人民的根本利益;其实现则要靠科学合理的政治制度设计。政治制度伦理的核心是权力制衡从而实现社会公平;政治伦理就每个参政者而言就是政员伦理,它是政治伦理的个体表现,要旨是勤政廉政。 |

| Abstract: Political ethics can be divided respectively into that of the political party, system and membership, with democracy at its core and the fundamental interests of People as its ultimate goal. To realize the party ethics needs scientific and reasonable design of Political System. Power restriction for social fairness is the core of Political System ethics. For its members, Political ethics is Political Commissioner ethics. It is individual manifestation of Political ethics, the key points of which is advocating industrious and thrifty life. |
