| 摘 要： 人才是区域经济发展的源动力，长株潭地区的最大优势是人才优势，要实现长株潭区域经济一体化的良性发展，必须对其人才资源与经济发展进行有效协调、优化与控制。分析长株潭经济一体化发展过程中的人才瓶颈，从人才学的视角提出促进长株潭区域经济开发一体化格局持续健康发展的对策。 |

| Abstract: Talent is a driving force of regional economic development. As far as Chang-Zhu-Tan area is concerned, talent advantage is its greatest advantage .To achieve a sound development of regional economic integration, there must be an effective coordination, optimization and control to its human resources and economic development. Bottlenecks will be analyzed in process of integrated development of regional economy in Chang-Zhu-Tan area.Furthermroe,from the perspective of talent science,ountermeasures were put forward to promote sustained and healthy development of integration of Chang-Zhu-Tan area. |
