新时代人文经济的三重伦理阐释 |

| 摘 要： 中国式现代化是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化，两个文明相协调在新时代人文经济中集中体现为经济与人文融合发展。从伦理学视角来看，人文与经济融合发展集中体现为伦理与经济融合发展。这就使得新时代人文经济体现出以下伦理含义：首先，人文就意味着以人为本，满足人的需要。新时代人文经济既以经济高质量发展来满足人的物质需要，也以人文性、道德性来满足人的精神需要，因而新时代人文经济具有满足人的双重需要的伦理取向。其次，人文就意味着承担对人的责任。新时代人文经济既坚持为人民负责，也坚持为未来负责，因而新时代人文经济以担当对人的责任为伦理选择。最后，人文就意味着社会公平公正、文明程度高。新时代人文经济既基于市场经济追求高效率，为促进社会公平奠定基础，致力于效率与公平的动态平衡，又以促进全体人民共同富裕为价值旨归。全体人民共同富裕实质上就意味着社会公平，因而新时代人文经济以促进社会公平为伦理诉求。阐释新时代人文经济的伦理含义，有助于更深刻地理解新时代人文经济的内在本质，有效促进人文经济的高质量发展，为实现人的自由全面发展创造良好条件。 |

The triple ethical interpretation on the humanistic economy of the new era |

| Abstract: Chinese-style modernization is a form of modernization characterized by the coordination of material and spiritual civilizations. The coordination of the two civilizations is centrally embodied the humanistic economy of the new era as the integrated development of the economy and humanities. From an ethical perspective, this integration of humanities and economy is primarily reflected in the fusion of ethics and the economy. Consequently, the humanistic economy of the new era exhibits the following ethical significances: Firstly, humanities imply being people-oriented and satisfying human needs. And the humanistic economy of the new era not only meets people’s material needs through high-quality economic development but also fulfills their spiritual needs through its humanistic and moral character. Thus, it possesses an ethical orientation toward satisfying the dual needs of humanities. Secondly, humanities entail shouldering responsibility for people. The humanistic economy of the new era adheres to being responsible for both the people of the present and for the future, making the assumption of this responsibility for humanities its ethical choice. Finally, humanities entail social fairness, justice, and a highly advanced civilization. The humanistic economy of the new era is grounded in the market economy, which pursues high efficiency to lay the foundation for promoting social fairness and strives for a dynamic balance between efficiency and fairness. Simultaneously, it is committed to the value goal of achieving common prosperity for all people. Since common prosperity for all inherently signifies social fairness, the humanistic economy in the new era takes the promotion of social fairness as its ethical pursuit. Interpretating the ethical significances of the new era humanistic economy contributes to a more profound understanding of its intrinsic nature, effectively promotes its high-quality development, and creates favorable conditions for the free and comprehensive development of every individual. |
