| 摘 要： 基于生产关系和生产力、上层建筑和经济基础、国家治理和社会发展三对“更好相适应”关系的逻辑主线，回顾我国百余年来乡村改革与发展的政策演变，分析新时代乡村改革与发展在人才结构、产业结构和技术结构上的困境，提出质态新升级、迭代新结构、供给新动能的乡村深化改革与发展的创新路径，探索新时代中国特色的乡村全面振兴之路。 |

Rural reform and development in China in the past hundred years: Policy evolution, structural dilemma and innovation path |

| Abstract: Based ib the logical thread of achieving a “better alignment” among three key relationships—between production relations and productive forces, between the superstructure and the economic basis, and between state governance and social development, this study reviews the evolution of China’s rural reform and development policies over the past century, and analyzes the current dilemma of rural reform and development in the new era, particularly in terms of talent structure, industrial structure, and technological structure. On this basis, it proposes innovative pathways for deepening rural reform and development through qualitative upgrading, structural iteration, and new drivers of supply, with the aim of exploring a Chinese-style path toward comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era. |
