习近平文化思想对数智时代“文化之问”的科学解答

摘  要: 马克思立足第二次工业革命带来的技术形态,在人本逻辑、生产逻辑、资本逻辑的转化过程中,以唯物史观和政治经济学的科学方法,运用精神生产、精神交往等概念范畴,整体性、系统性地建构了文化生成论、文化交往论、文化认同论。当下,百年未有之大变局中的数智革命带来的“无人化”“数字化”的精神生产,“数字交往”“算法交往”的文化交往方式,以及数字劳动形式的文化认同实践方式对马克思主义文化理论的阐释力、生命力构成了新的现实挑战。以问题导向为方法,习近平文化思想面对百年未有之大变局中数智革命带来的新现象、新问题、新挑战,深入把握其中的新规律,系统探讨和发展了文化为谁生成、如何生成的文化生成论,不仅包含以新闻传播、互联网建设、文明交流等为主要内容的文化交往论,也包含了以文化使命、意识形态与社会主义核心价值观、文化主体性等为主要内容的文化认同论。

Scientific solution of Xi Jinping Thoughts on Culture to “the Question of Culture” in AI age

Abstract: Based on the technological forms brought about by the Second Industrial Revolution, during the transformation process of the human-centered logic, production logic, and capital logic, Marx, with the scientific methods of historical materialism and political economy, and by using conceptual categories such as spiritual production and spiritual communication, holistically and systematically constructed the theories of cultural generation, cultural communication, and cultural identity. At present, the “unmanned” and “digital” spiritual production, the cultural communication methods of “digital communication” and “algorithmic communication”, as well as the cultural identity practice methods in the form of digital labor, all of which are brought about by the AI technological revolution in the once-in-a-century drastic change, pose new practical challenges to the interpretive power and vitality of Marxist cultural theory. Taking the problem-oriented approach as a method, in the face of the new phenomena, problems, and challenges brought about by the AI technological revolution in the once-in-a-century great change, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture deeply grasps the new laws therein, systematically explores and develops the theory of cultural generation regarding for whom and how culture is generated, the theory of cultural communication that includes contents such as news dissemination, Internet construction, and cultural exchanges among civilizations, as well as the theory of cultural identity that encompasses cultural missions, ideology, the core socialist values, and cultural subjectivity.
