| 摘 要： 毛泽东战略观是毛泽东坚持实事求是原则，把马克思主义战略理论与中国革命、建设具体实践相结合的马克思主义中国化产物。在毛泽东战略观指引下，党取得了中国革命和建设的伟大胜利。进入新时代之后，习近平在继承毛泽东战略观的基础上不断进行理论和实践的创新，主要表现为：坚持毛泽东关于战略观重要性的认识，进一步明确战略问题在党治国理政中的根本地位；坚持毛泽东关于战略问题始终围绕党的奋斗目标原则，结合强国复兴伟大实践提出新时代战略观的使命任务；坚持毛泽东关于战略观的基本概念框架，丰富发展毛泽东战略观的思想体系；坚持毛泽东关于战略与战术的辩证理解，与时俱进地赋予其新的时代表达。新时代的历史性成就和历史性变革证明，习近平新时代战略观为坚持以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供了战略指引和基本遵循。 |

On Xi Jinping's creative inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's strategic view |

| Abstract: Mao Zedong's strategic view is a product of the sinicization of Marxism, formed by adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts and integrating Marxist strategic theory with the specific practices of China's revolution and construction. Guided by Mao Zedong's strategic view, the Party achieved great victories in China's revolution and construction. After entering the new era, Xi Jinping, on the basis of inheriting Mao Zedong's strategic view, has made continuous innovation in theory and practice. This is mainly manifested in: first, upholding Mao Zedong's recognition of the importance of strategic view and further clarifying the fundamental position of strategic issues in the Party's governance; second, adhering to Mao Zedong's principle that strategic issues always revolve around the Party's goals and proposing the mission and tasks of the new era strategic view in conjunction with the great practice of national rejuvenation; third, maintaining Mao Zedong's basic conceptual framework of strategic view and enriching and developing the ideological system of Mao Zedong's strategic view; fourth, adhering to Mao Zedong's dialectical understanding of strategy and tactics, and endowing them with new expressions for the times. The historic achievements and transformations of the new era prove that Xi Jinping's strategic view of the new era provides strategic guidance and basic compliance for upholding comprehensive advancement of Chinese-style modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
