| 摘 要： 习近平总体国家安全观坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的立场观点方法，深刻揭示了国家安全工作的本质特征和一般规律，系统反映了我国国家安全的内涵要义与内在逻辑，具有深邃而完整的哲学基础，是马克思主义国家安全理论中国化时代化的最新成果和思想高峰。其中，安全本体论是哲学立论支柱，阐明了国家安全制度创设的本源依据与社会根基；安全认识论是精髓要义诠释，概括了国家安全工作体系的内容要素与实践理路；安全方法论是思维逻辑工具，为理解、回答和解决国家安全领域的重大现实问题提供了逻辑思维与方法指导；安全价值论是思想目标意旨，反映了国家安全工作的价值指向与目标要旨，为新时代中国特色国家安全道路发展提供了价值引领。深入探讨习近平总体国家安全观的哲学基础，对于准确理解和把握国家安全治理的“道”与“术”、建构中国特色国家安全话语体系具有重要意义。 |

The philosophical implications of Xi Jinping's overall national security outlook |

| Abstract: Xi Jinping's overall national security outlook adheres to the position, viewpoint and method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, profoundly reveals the essential features and general laws of national security work, accurately reflects the connotation and internal logic of China's national security, has a profound and complete philosophical basis, and is the latest achievement and ideological peak that the Marxist national security theory has been modernized in China. In it, security ontology is the pillar of philosophy, clarifying the origin and social foundation of the establishment of national security system and mechanism. Security epistemology is the essence of the interpretation, summarizing the content elements and practical theory of the national security work system. Security methodology is a logical thinking tool, providing logical thinking and method guidance for understanding, answering and solving major practical problems in the field of national security. Security value theory is the ideological goal content, reflecting the value orientation and goal content of national security work, and providing value guidance for the development of national security path with Chinese characteristics in the new era. An in-depth study of the philosophical basis of Xi Jinping's overall national security is of great significance for accurately understanding and grasping the "Tao" and "technique" of national security governance, and for constructing a discourse system of national security with Chinese characteristics. |
