| 摘 要： 习近平在党的二十大报告中首次提出“三个务必”重要论述，体现了党在新的“赶考”之路上对历史规律和时代大势的清醒认识。从出场逻辑看，新时代国内外形势的新变化与实践新要求是“三个务必”出场的现实逻辑，中华优秀传统文化的丰厚滋养与中国共产党百余年的奋斗经验启示是“三个务必”出场的历史逻辑，马克思主义基本观点的理论要求是“三个务必”出场的理论逻辑。从基本内涵看，“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”主要昭示了党的政治本色；“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”主要体现了党的优良作风；“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”主要彰显了党的鲜明品格。三者呈现出相互联系、辩证统一的逻辑关系。从实践指向看，新时代新征程贯彻落实好“三个务必”，要强化以“三个务必”为要旨的思想政治教育，提升以“三个务必”为要求的党员党性修养，以及推进以“三个务必”为要务的全面从严治党。 |

On the establishment logic, basic connotation and practical orientation of Xi Jinping′s important treatise on the "Three Musts" |

| Abstract: In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping put forward the important exposition of "Three Musts" for the first time, which reflects our party's clear understanding of historical laws and the general trend of the times on the new road to rushing for the exam. From the perspective of appearance logic, the new changes in the domestic and foreign situations in the new era and the new requirements of practice are the realistic logic of the appearance of the "Three musts", the rich nourishment of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the enlightenment of the experience of the Communist Party of China for more than a hundred years of struggle are the historical logic of the appearance of the "Three musts", the theoretical requirement of the basic viewpoint of Marxism is the theoretical logic of the appearance of "Three musts". From the perspective of basic connotation, "Must not forget the original intention and bear in mind the mission" mainly indicates the political nature of the Party. "Must be modest and prudent, hard work" mainly embodies the Party's fine style. "Must dare to struggle, good at struggle" mainly reveals the distinctive character of the Party. The three are interlinked and inseparable, and together they constitute the basic connotation of the "Three musts". From the point of view of practice, the new era and new journey will implement the "Three musts". It is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education with the "Three musts" as the main purpose, improve the party spirit of party members with the "Three musts" as the requirements, and promote the "Three musts". "Three Musts" is the top priority to comprehensively and strictly govern the party. |
