团队虚拟性:研究述评与展望 |

摘 要: 全球化以及数字技术的飞速发展使得企业团队的虚拟性程度越来越高。在介绍团队虚拟性的概念与测量的基础上,梳理团队虚拟性程度的影响因素、影响结果,研究发现:影响因素包括个人、团队与组织层面的因素,影响结果包括团队有效性、团队创新等。在此基础上,提出了未来的研究方向,具体包括:进一步明确团队虚拟性的概念内涵及其测量工具;深入探索团队虚拟性对个体的影响效应;开展团队虚拟性对个体的影响机制研究;探讨新技术发展对团队虚拟性作用效果的影响。 |

Abstract: Globalization and the rapid development of digital technologies make working teams more and more virtual. Based on the introduction of the concept and measurements of team virtuality, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of team virtuality on the individual, its team and organization level as well as the effects of team virtuality on team effectiveness, team innovation and so on. On this basis, this paper puts forward the future research directions, including further clarifying the concept of team virtuality and its measurement tools, probing into the effect of team virtuality on individuals, researching into the influence mechanism of team virtuality on individuals, and exploring the impact of new technology developments on team virtuality. |
