爱德华·苏贾正义理论空间化重构的三重维度及其逻辑展开——以《寻求空间正义》为中心的考察 |

| 摘 要： 爱德华·苏贾对正义理论的空间化重构围绕三重维度展开：立足“社会-空间辩证法”推进对正义理论“空间缺场”的考察，反思其社会性、历史性与空间性的三元本性，实现正义理论框架的重构与空间正义的构建；聚焦资本主义都市重建过程中资本积累的空间实现、社会支配权力的扩张和权利的剥夺以及社会不平等的再生产等问题，推进正义理论重心与问题域的转换；通过激进的空间实践、边缘群体的集体行动与都市社会运动的开展，推进正义由知识到行动、理论到实践的转化与现实展开。苏贾正义空间化重构不仅开创了正义新的叙事方法，而且提供了一种不同于分配正义的空间正义理论框架，对于正义理论的重建及其当代应用具有重要的借鉴意义。 |

The triple dimensions and logical expansion of the spatial reconstruction of Edward W. Soja's theory of justice：An investigation centered on Seeking Spatial Justice |

| Abstract: The spatial reconstruction of the theory of justice promoted by Edward W. Soja is carried out around three dimensions. Based on the methodology of "socio-spatial dialectics", through the investigation of the "lack of space" of justice theory, Soja reflected on its triple theoretical nature of social, historical and spatial nature, and realized the reconstruction of the theoretical framework of justice and the construction of spatial justice. At the same time, by focusing on the spatial realization of capital accumulation, the expansion of social dominant power and the reproduction of social inequality in the process of capitalist urban reconstruction, Soja promoted the transfer of the emphatic point of justice theory and the problem domain of justice. Moreover, Soja pushed forward the transformation and reality of justice from knowledge to action, theory to practice through radical space practice, collective action of marginalized groups and urban social movement.The significance of Soja’s spatial reconstruction of justice lies not only in creating a new narrative method of justice, but also in providing a theoretical framework of spatial justice different from distributive justice,which has important reference significance for the reconstruction of justice theory and its contemporary application. |
