浅谈改革开放四十年我国人文社会科学发展的基本经验 |

| 摘 要： 改革开放四十年来，我国人文社会科学的发展取得了巨大成就，进入了一个新的发展阶段。继续坚持马克思主义的指导，特别是继续坚持中国特色社会主义理论的指导；继续坚持中国人的理论自信、道路自信、制度自信和文化自信；继续坚持以实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦为最高价值目标，聚焦于现实生活中的重大理论问题和实践问题，来开展我国人文社会科学的研究和建构；继续拓展我们的文化视域，坚持开放性的思维取向，跻身于世界性的文化交流与对话，努力增强我国的文化软实力；乃是推动我国人文社会科学进一步发展与繁荣的基本经验。认真总结和践行这些经验，创新性地凝聚新的经验，是我国广大人文社会科学工作者在新时代建构具有中国智慧、中国特色、中国气派和中国风格的人文社会科学的理论体系、话语体系、实践体系和传播体系的历史使命，也是对世界文明发展作出我们民族应有贡献的时代担当。 |

Fundamental experiences in the development of CSS over the past 4 decades of Reform and Opening-up |

| Abstract: Over the past 4 decades of Reform and Opening-up, Chinese Social Sciences (CSS) has made great achievements, and stepped into a new developmental phase. It is now time to continue with insistent guidance of Marxism, and especially guidance of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics, to reinforce our theory confidence, path confidence, system confidence and culture confidence, and to uphold China’s rejuvenation as the highest goal of Chinese Dream, focusing on major issues in real life, both theoretical and practical, so as to study and construct CSS. It is time to further extend our cultural horizon, to establish open dimensional orientation, and to conduct global cultural communication and dialogues so as to enhance China’s cultural soft power. All these are fundamental experiences to further promote the development and prosperity of CSS. It is the historical mission for all the practioners and researchers of CSS to summarize and practise these experiences, and to agglomerate new experiences in a creative way in the new era so as to construct the theoretical framework, discourse system, practice system and dissemination system with Chinese wisdom, Chinese characteristics, Chinese temperament and Chinese style. This also demonstrates that China shoulders the historical responsibility that we ought to shoulder in making contributions to the development of world civilization. |
