| Abstract: Fair distribution is the fundamental connotation and the highest level of social equity. To achieve fair distribution depends on the establishment of a reasonable distribution system. Fair distribution consists of three links, that is, a fair starting point, a fair process and fair results. The lack of any one aspect can not be really fair. |
