中国城乡工人劳动权益的户籍差异研究 |

| 摘 要： 中国劳动力市场中的城乡分割始终是学界关注的焦点问题。基于长株潭城市群2015年的调查数据并采用相关的计量经济模型，引入反映不可观测因素的代理变量，考察了户籍制度的双重属性——户口性质与户口所在地对工人劳动权益的影响。结果表明，剔除了代理变量的影响之后，户口性质与户口所在地均对工人诸方面的劳动权益存在非常明显的影响。相对于城镇户口工人，农村户口工人在劳动权益诸方面均处于劣势；相对于本地城镇户口工人，外地城镇户口工人在劳动权益诸方面同样处于不利地位。因此，未来的户籍制度改革不但需要弥合由户口性质导致的劳动力市场城乡分割，还需要弥合由户口所在地导致的“内外分割”。 |

On household registration differentials of urban-rural workers’ labor rights in China |

| Abstract: Differentiation of urban-rural workers in Chinese labor market has always been a heated issue in the academia. Based on the survey data of “Chang-Zhu-Tan City Group” in 2015 and adopting relevant econometric model, the present essay introduces two proxy variables which represent unobservable elements, analyzes the influences of dual attributes of household registration system that are the type of registration and place of registration on labor rights. The findings of this empirical study demonstrate that without the influence of proxy variables, the dual attributes both have remarkable impacts on labor rights. Compared with urban registered workers, rural registered workers have many disadvantages in various aspects of labor rights, while ecdemic urban registered workers, compared with local urban registered workers, are also at their disadvantage. Therefore, the household registration system reform in the future will need to bridge not only the division of the urban and the rural in labor market, but also the differentiation between the local and ecdemic. |
