精神生活治理逻辑的价值实践——人类精神生活公共性福祉超越市场逻辑的人学认知 |

| 摘 要： 优良、健康的精神生活秩序在现代性社会中的生成，所遭遇和面向的是一个治理主体深刻转型与变迁所构建的复杂化精神格局。遵从精神生活治理主体的价值性本位及在当代社会中适宜性表达的正当性逻辑，彰显精神生活治理理性的公共性精神福祉，从人之精神性生存之价值本体境界处，重视与反思“人之精神生活生存权利共享与共生”的合理性存在方式及价值实践，就必须引入治理思维，从精神生活治理的维度引导中国社会走向人类精神生活公共性福祉的超越共享，探寻“精神生活治理逻辑的价值实践”，真正意义回应“精神生活自我治理”的本质及精神生活自我更新实现的价值路径。在精神生活治理理性生态化培育实践中，深植一种基于公共性、现代性精神特质的人之“本体性安全”的精神生活价值规范。 |

Responsive value paradigm construction and logical regulatory governance via spiritual life: Acquisition of human science of the public nature of spiritual life beyond the market logic |

| Abstract: The formation of good and healthy spiritual life order in the modern society is confronted with the complex spiritual structure of the main body of the governance and the transformation. To comply with the value of the main body of spiritual life management and the legitimacy logic in the contemporary society, to highlight the spiritual life governance rationality of public spirit, to emphasize and reflect on the “people’s spiritual life and living rights sharing and symbiosis” rationality existence mode and value practice, from the spirit of life and the value of the ontology, we need to introduce governance thinking, to guide Chinese society to the public welfare of public welfare from the dimension of spiritual life management, to explore the value of “spiritual life management logic”, and to respond to the real meaning of “spiritual life self governance”, the essence of the spiritual life and the value of self renewal. Finally, in practical cultivation of rational and ecological spiritual life management, the spiritual life value paradigm of “ontological security” will be deeply rooted in the public modern ethos of spiritual life values and norms. |
