解读《利西达斯》中弥尔顿的诗学理想 |

| 摘 要： 虽然《利西达斯》表面上是一首悼念亡友的挽诗，但它的深层意义却跟弥尔顿的诗学思想密切相关。诗人之所以采用田园诗的形式，是因为在文艺复兴时期的田园诗里有一整套的特殊意象和话语系统可以被他用来探索其诗学理论和理想。所以弥尔顿一语双关，通过这首诗既寄托他对于剑桥同窗夭折的哀思，又可以借助诗中利西达斯和俄耳甫斯这两个人物形象来传达他的诗学理念。 |

An explication of Milton’s poetics as expressed in Lycidas |

| Abstract: Although Lycidas is a funeral elegy written in memory of Edward King, one of Milton’s former classmates, it is also closely related to Milton’s poetics. The reason why Milton adopts the genre of pastoral poetry is that in Renaissance pastoral poems, there is a whole set of images and discourse system which can be employed to discuss Milton’s poetic ideal. Through this funeral elegy, Milton can express his shock and sorrow for the sudden death of Edward King, and at the same time can use the two fictional characters of Lycidas and Orpheus to elucidate his ideal in poetics. |
