行政学博士学位论文(2008—2011)质量评述
——基于与2002—2007样本的比较分析

摘  要: 与2002—2007年的样本相比,2008年之后产生的行政学博士学位论文选题更为宽泛,研究方法规范性加强。以McCurdy和Cleary提出的六项指标研究发现,2008—2011年的博士论文在研究目的、研究方法、有效性、理论检验、因果关系、论题的重要性方面均有了不同程度的提高,但是论题的前沿性却出现数据下滑。虽然提高明显,但是行政学博士教育的顽疾依然存在,即西方理论遭遇本土问题后两者之间产生的张力,这也是未来行政学必须要摆脱的“身份危机”。

General revision of China’s administration doctoral dissertation (2008—2011)——Based on the contract analysis of the samples of 2002—2007

Abstract: Up to 2012, the course of development of China's Administration has experienced three decades, during which doctoral education in 1998 to 2006 additional point for the sector has experienced two stages of development, at a later stage in 2008 year thesis began to emerge. According to the previous stage, 2008 doctoral thesis topics are broader, normative research methods are employed. Further McCurdy and Cleary the six indicators find that the later stage of the doctoral dissertation research goals, methods, effectiveness, theory testing, causal relationship on such topics as the importance improved to varying degrees, but the data analyses are in the decline. The disadvantages of the Chief Doctor of Education still exist, which reveals tension between Western theory suffered local Administration, which suggests that we should get rid of the “identity crisis” in the future.
