论网络谣言的协同防控 |

| 摘 要： 网络技术的迅猛发展为信息交流提供便捷的同时，也客观上为谣言的传播奠定了基础。基于深刻、复杂的成因，网络谣言具有扰乱社会秩序、影响社会稳定、危及社会诚信、伤害大众心理等巨大的危害性。对此，全社会必须采取“零容忍”之态度，群防群治、坚决根除。包括政府、互联网行业组织和公众在内的治理主体应当各尽其责、各守其位、协同配合，提升全社会的媒介素养，构建网络谣言综合治理的长效机制，最终达到净化和优化网络环境之目标。 |

On prevention and control of Internet rumors |

| Abstract: The rapid development of network technology for the exchange of information provides great convenience, which at the same time, lays the foundation for spread of rumors objectively. Based on profound, complex formation, Internet rumors can disturb social order, influence society stability, endanger social integrity and hurt the mass psychology as well. The whole society must take a “zero tolerance” attitude, struggle together to get rid of them resolutely. Both the government, the Internet industry and the public, administrative main bodies should do their duties, coordinate jointly to enhance the whole society’s media literacy and construct network rumor comprehensive management mechanism, ultimately to achieve the goal of purification and optimization of network environment. |
