论康德对启蒙政治的批判与重建 |

| 摘 要： 关于康德的政治哲学思想历来争讼不已。应该说，康德政治哲学缘于对启蒙政治的批判与重建。康德通过先验道德哲学批判了霍布斯以来的启蒙的功利主义意识形态，又以实践理性重构了启蒙的个人权利思想，论证了自由主义法制国家的现实性。在道德和法之间，康德恪守其各自的界限，从而既规避了卢梭式的道德政治所具有的革命风险，同时又赋予了自由主义政治以一种深刻的道德尊严。康德哲学深化了启蒙。 |

Kant’s criticism and reconstruction of the enlightenment politics |

| Abstract: Kant’s political philosophy has been a controversial topic. This paper contends that Kant’s political philosophy stems from the criticism and reconstruction of enlightenment politics. At first, Kant criticized the enlightenment utilitarianism ideology through transcendental ethics. Then, he reconstructed the enlightenment individual rights and demonstrated the reality of liberal legal states. Kant hold the boundaries of moral and law strictly. As a result, Kant not only avoided the risk of moral politics, buy also endowed a profound moral dignity for liberal politics. Kant’s philosophy deepened the political enlightenment. |
