湘西非物质文化遗产项目的整理与保护研究 |

| 摘 要： 湘西自治州是全国唯一进入非物质文化遗产保护综合性试点地区的自治州，非物质文化资源极为丰富，品种多样、覆盖面广、特色鲜明。目前，湘西自治州非物质文化遗产保护面临着一些问题，如土家语、苗语等民族语言日渐濒危；传承人年事已高，后继乏人；现代文明和多元文化的冲击；旅游中过度开发导致保护性破坏；重视项目申报，轻视保护工作等。针对这些问题，提出了以下措施：开展普查，摸清家底，运用影像和文字对非遗项目进行保存记录；加强传承人的保护和培养，保护老艺人，培养传习人；创新宣传机制，加大宣传力度，提高社会公众对非物质文化遗产保护的参与度；多渠道筹集资金，加大保护资金的投入；整合资源，理顺机制，整体、活态地保护传承湘西地区的非物质文化遗产项目。 |

| Abstract: Autonomous Prefecture in western Hunan is the only Autonomous Prefecture of access to comprehensive pilot areas of the intangible cultural heritage protection, non-material and cultural resources is extremely rich and varied, revealing a wide and distinctive features. Autonomous Prefecture in western Hunan intangible cultural heritage protection is faced with: Tujia language, Hmong and other ethnic languages are increasingly endangered; heritage of people of advanced age that causes lackage of successors; the impact of modern civilization and cultural diversity; tourism over-development resulting in protective destruction; great importance to the project application, and to underestimate protection and other issues. To solve these problems, innovation and advocacy mechanisms are necessary and we should carry out surveys to find out the real situation, we should make full use of images and text, record-keeping. And we should strengthen the protection of the heritage of people and culture, protection of veteran artists cultivate a teaching, step up publicity efforts to improve the public participation of the intangible cultural heritage protection. We should open up multiple channels to raise funds, increase the protection of capital investments, to give funding protection; integrate various resources, rationalize the protection mechanisms to ensure better protection of heritage and other appropriate protective countermeasures, so as to offer a better overall living to protect the heritage of western Hunan area of intangible cultural heritage items to provide a reference. |
