基于EUCS的高校门户网站用户满意度研究 |

摘 要: 依据Doll的EUCS理论,在改进其模型的基础上,对高校门户网站的终端用户满意度进行了调查研究,从高校门户网站满意度的门户内容、门户格式、门户准确性、门户易用性和用户信息技术水平五个维度出发,采用探索性因子分析方法得出满意度分析结果,并提出了评价模型,同时运用验证性因子分析进行了验证。新模型较EUCS模型,更有效地描述了中国高校门户网站用户满意度的构成。通过分析发现,门户内容和门户格式是最重要的因子,这一结果不仅标示了中国高校门户网站与国外高校的差异,同时也为我国高校进一步改进校园门户网站提出了方向。 |

Abstract: The authors investigated the degrees of End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) of campus portals based on the improved Doll’s EUCS model. The investigation focuses on the following five factors: Content, Format, Accuracy, Customer-friendliness and User’s kills. The results are achieved by using Exploratory Factor Analysis and verified by applying Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The improved model is better when describing the composition of EUCS. The study finds that content and format are the two most important factors to determine the degree of EUCS, which should be on the top of administrator’s agenda. |
