大学精神与我国人才培养模式改革的几个原则 |

| 摘 要： 大学精神是大学建设的一种先进的理念，引领大学成长、社会发展。它包括三个核心内容：人文精神、科学精神、创新精神。当前，大学人才培养质量仍备受质疑，人才培养模式趋同化、价值取向工具化，这显示出当代大学精神的缺失。因此，重塑大学精神，改革人才培养模式势在必行。大学应把握“以学生为本、学者为先、学术为基、学风为要”的原则，改革人才培养模式，提高人才培养质量。 |

University spirit and several principles of China’s personnel training mode reformation |

| Abstract: University spirit is an advanced concept of the university construction, which can lead the university growth and social development. It consists of three core contents: humanistic spirit, scientific spirit, innovative spirit. At present, the quality of university personnel training is still being questioned, the mode of personnel training tends to be the unification and the value orientation has become toolkited, which shows the lack of the modern university spirit. Therefore, it is essential to remodel university spirit and reform personnel training mode. Universities need to grasp the principle of “student-centered, academics first, academic-based, study atmosphere important”, so as to reform personnel training mode and improve personnel training quality. |
