On the Value of The Translated Version of Piao’s Translation |

| Abstract: Piao’s translation is a textbook used by Chinese learners in the Yi Dynasty in Korea. It has important value for lexicography. It supplies quite precious language materials for the study of the Chinese vocabulary history, which can compensate the shortage in entries, explanations, meanings and illustrations in such great reference books as Hanyu Da Cidian (汉语大词典). |
