| 摘 要： 基于个体品质的公共精神是共产党员所具有的应然特质，是发挥先锋模范作用的重要表征与保证。当前，党员的平等、权利、责任及参与等公共精神的相对式微必然成为其先进性作用发挥的潜在阻力，势必影响和谐社会构建与现代化的持续推进。明确与夯实党员的公共精神已成为现时代的必须：一是加强理论学习，增强明辨意识；二是坚持党性修养，培育宗旨意识；三是夯实制度基础，建立规范意识；四是要践履公共生活，强化参与意识，在多元互动中实现党员公共精神的合理建构。 |

| Abstract: The public spirit based on individual quality is the qualities which the communist party members ought to be is the important symbol with assurance to play the cutting edge exemplary role. At present, the relative decline of the public spirit about the party member’s equality, right, responsibility and participation must be the potential resistance function to play the advanced nature. Building a harmonious society and promoting modernization continuously will be affected. Clearing and compacting party member’s public spirit has become an urgent need. At present, one is to strengthen the theory study, strengthen right from consciousness; The second is to stick to the party spirit training, and cultivate objective consciousness; The third is to lay the solid foundation system, and set up standard consciousness; The forth is to merge into the public life, strengthen participation, to realize reasonable construction of the public spirit among the interaction of party members. |
