| 摘 要： 性正义是相对于性压抑与性放纵而言的，是一种对性抱有的自然和自由的态度。自然是指还性以本来面目，祛除加诸其上的过多的意识形态内容，强调性的本能与天然，排除与自然或造化对着干的性压抑行为；自由是以一种放松、创造的态度面对人类的性，强调性的非强制、操控性和创造性，与性纵欲相对。意识形态导致的性不正义主要表现在性本质的异化；性目标的偏离；性主体缺位；性情感缺失；性意志力衰减。女性解放是实现性正义的前提；加强男女两性沟通与理解是性正义的基础；加强以爱欲为核心的性文明建设是性正义的核心。 |

On sexual justice |

| Abstract: The sexual justice is a phrase corresponding to sexual repression and sexual indulgence. It is a kind of natural and uncontrolled attitude to the sexuality. The natural attitude to the sexuality refers to revealing sex in its true colors, dispelling the excessively ideological content which impresses sex, emphasizing the nationality and appetency of sex, and eliminating the sexual repression based on running counter to the nature; The uncontrolled attitude to the sexuality implies relaxation and creation related to the sex, emphasizing non-compulsion, manoeuvring and the creativity, which is in sharp contrast to the sexual indulgence. The sexual injustice mainly caused by ideology finds expression in the dissimilation of the sexual essence, the deviation of sexual objective, the vacancy of sexual subject, the loss of the sexual emotion, and the fading of sexual will. The emancipation of women is a prerequisite to the sexual justice; To enhance the understanding and communication between sexual partners is the foundation of sexual justice; To promote the sexual civilization that focuses on the love is the core of sexual justice. |
