| 摘 要： 外交关系委员会作为美国历史最悠久、最重要的外交思想库，其政策设想一贯秉持服务于美国政府、美国国家利益的目的，并与政府建立了长期合作关系。通过以美国外交关系委员会对美国外交政策的建议为背景，考察外交关系委员会在中美关系正常化进程中所发挥的作用和扮演的角色。 |

| Abstract: As the most important diplomatic think tank in U.S. history, the Council on Foreign Relations serves American government and American national interests, and corporates with U.S. government for a long time. This Paper attempts to utilize newly declassified U.S. government documents and expounds the role the Council on Foreign Relations played in the normalization of relations between China and the United States. |
