价值多元论、社会整合与重叠共识——兼论格雷对罗尔斯的批评 |

| 摘 要： 价值多元论与社会整合之间的张力是自由主义面临的困境之一。罗尔斯的“重叠共识”理念是人们对社会基本政治制度、宪法原则及价值观所达成的一种共识，是在排除各种分歧的意见之后所留下的理性共识，政治的正义观念是重叠共识的核心。罗尔斯对重叠共识面临的批判进行了辩护。重叠共识理念有益于化解自由主义面临的困境，约翰·格雷的“权宜之计”理念对罗尔斯的“重叠共识”理念的批判是无力的。 |

Value Pluralism, Social Integration and Overlapping Consensus——A Concurrent Study on John Gray’s Criticism of John Rawls |

| Abstract: The tension of value pluralism and social integration is one of the predicaments which is confronted by liberalism. The idea of overlapping consensus constitutes the consensus of basic and political system, constitution principle and value, and is the reasonable consensus which is left after expelling the various opinions. Political conception of justice is the core of overlapping consensus. John Rawls vindicate for the criticisms which are confronted by overlapping consensus. Overlapping consensus is good for dissolving the predicament that the liberalism faces, and John Gray’s criticism of overlapping consensus is nerveless. |
