| 摘 要： 从传统文化的视角审视，中国的民事调解制度有其丰厚的民族文化底蕴。在现代文化和后现代文化的冲击下，这项制度正日益面临着危机。因此，应当充分利用这一传统的法律资源，对其加以适度的改造，才可建立一个适合现代中国国情的有效的民事调解制度。 |

Cultural comprehension of China’s traditional civil mediation system |

| Abstract: Carefully examines from the traditional culture angle of view, China’s civil mediation system is rich in national culture, however from the modern culture and the latter modern culture angle, it is not actually difficult to discover that this system is facing the crisis. Therefore, we should make full use of this traditional legal resources, perform the moderate improvement to it. Only in this way can we establish effective civil mediation system to suit the modern China national conditions. |
