达伦多夫的社会冲突思想及其当代启示 |

| 摘 要： 18世纪的两次革命——工业革命和法国革命所具有的经济与政治色彩，赋予了现代社会典型的经济与政治的“两面性”特征，为“应得权利”与“供给”这两个概念及其关系提供了思想渊源。 “应得权利”与“供给”及其辩证关系，孕育了现代社会各种矛盾与冲突的萌芽，构成了达伦多夫社会冲突思想的理论基石。当代中国处于社会变革转型期，社会问题相伴而生，并引发各种社会矛盾与冲突。从“应得权利”和“供给”的辩证关系来看，当前中国已经出现了经济持续发展、政治与社会发展滞后的不平衡状态；从“应得权利”和“供给”的辩证关系入手，通过政治因素与经济因素的良性互动来解决现实中的矛盾与冲突。要从“应得权利”的角度出发，健全包含个人与社会、个人与国家的关系以及涉及个人自由条件的现代“权利体系”；从中国国情和实际出发，建立、健全、强化并完善多元的社会矛盾冲突疏导机制，有效化解社会矛盾与冲突。 |

Dahrendorf’s Social Conflict Thoughts and
the Contemporary Enlightenment |

| Abstract: The Industrial Revolution and the French Revolution, which took place in the 18th century, had the strong political and economic characteristics. These two revolutions granted the dual natures to the modern society and provided the thought origins for the two concepts of entitlement and provisions. As the concept often used in the social theory and social science, entitlement and provisions gave birth to the contradictions and conflicts in the modern society and composed the cornerstone of Dahrendorf’s social conflict thoughts. China is experiencing the period of social transformation today. So, a lot of social problems, social contradictions and conflicts appeared. At present, we found that the national economy developed continually, but the political and social development lagged seriously from the dialectical relation of entitlement and provisions. We should amplify modern right systems which involved the relationships of individual and society, individual and state, and individual rights to resolve the contradictions and conflicts in our lives through the virtuous interactions between the political benefits and economic interests. At the same time, we should build and perfect the relief system to resolve social contradictions and conflicts in the grass roots society. |
