| 摘 要： 民族自治地方改革开放以来的政治发展表现为一个循序渐进、由局部到整体、由体制内到体制外逐步拓展的过程，也表现为一个先易后难、先外围后中心、先浅层后深层的深化过程。这种拓展和深化过程具有明显的阶段性特征，可大致划分为启动调适、全面深入、快速推进三个阶段。在不同的阶段，政治发展的动力、广度、深度及主题都具有明显的差异性。 |

An analysis of the course of political development since reform and open-up in the national autonomous areas |

| Abstract: Since reform and open-up, the political development in the national autonomous areas demonstrated a course that has expanded progressively step by step, from part to whole and from inside of system to outside of system; At the same time, it also emonstrated another course that deepens progressively from being easy to difficult, from periphery to centre, from light surface to deep layers. This course has obvious phased characteristics. Therefore, we can roughly divide it into three stages, namely, the stage of starting and adjustment, overall deepening stage and rapidly moving forward stage. In different stages, the motive force, broadness, depth and theme of political development have obvious differences. |
