| 摘 要： 现代公共危机管理中应该大力拓展思想政治教育的社会功能。在公共危机事发前，应充分发挥其预警功能；事发中应充分发挥其调控功能；事发后应充分发挥其人文关怀功能。在事发的全过程中，还应充分发挥其评估功能，有效把握人们思想、心态的变化及其转化、优化的进程。 |

On Ideological and Political Education’s Function Expansion in

| Abstract: Social function of the ideological and political education should be expanded vigorously in modern public crsis management. Before the public crisis, it should be given full play to its early warning function; In the public crises, it should be given full play to its regulatory function; After the incident, it should be given full play to the humane care functions. In the course of the incident, it should be given full play to its evaluation function so as to effectively grasp the transformation of people's ideology, and optimize the process. |
