拉美政坛“左倾化”的美国因素探析 |

| 摘 要： 拉美政坛“左倾化”是近年来拉美政治发展进程中的一个重要现象。在导致拉美左翼力量崛起的各种因素中，美国无疑是最重要的外部因素。美国长期以来对拉美实行霸权主义引起了拉美国家的不满和反抗，近年在拉美推行的新自由主义经济改革遭到失败，因忙于反恐而忽视在美洲地区的责任，加之在拉美推广的民主政治体制为拉美左翼执政提供了机会等，美国的这些政策行为成了拉美政坛左倾化的“催化剂”。 |

The American factors for Latin America’s leftism in
its political circles |

| Abstract: The leftism is an important phenomenon of the political development in Latin America for recent years. Among the factors which lead to the rise of left political forces, the U.S.A. is undoubtedly the most important external factor. Firstly, America’s hegemony over Latin America has given rise to the discontentment and opposition of the latter. Secondly, in recent years, the neoliberal reforms in Latin America conducted by the U.S.A. came to a failure. Thirdly, America has neglected its responsibility for Latin America, meanwhile it spread the democracy to Latin America which consequently gave opportunities for the left political forces to come to power. All these policy behavior has become a catalyst for Latin America’s leftism. |
