| 摘 要： 探索性创新战略和开发性创新战略的平衡是企业长期稳定发展的关键，而管理者的认知决定了企业创新战略的决策以及企业后续的行为与结果。文章建立了一个管理者认知与创新战略平衡的框架模型，阐述了管理者认知和不同的创新战略之间的动态发展，并以基因科技公司的案例进一步阐释了制药业中管理者认知→创新战略平衡→企业成功三者之间的逻辑关系。 |

| Abstract: The paper elaborates how successful companies manage the balance of innovation strategies from the perspective of managerial cognition. Based on the relevant theoretical background, the authors developed a framework of managerial cognition and the balance of innovation strategies, which is illustrated by a case study of Genentech, showing the logic relationship between managerial cognition, the balance of innovation strategies, and firm successes in the pharmaceutical industry. |
