农村基层政权组织合法性资源的变化及其分析 |

| 摘 要： 我国农村基层政权组织的合法性资源经历了从依赖意识形态教育、领袖权威崇拜、经济绩效到民主建政的历史变化过程，成功地将短期可变性权威资源转化为理性的制度化型权威资源，巩固了党和政府在基层的权威地位。在新的历史时期，农村基层政权合法性建设的核心在于发展农村基层民主，实行民主选举、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督，将农村基层治理纳入到民主化的轨道，不断增强基层政权的民意基础，这是建国以来农村基层政权合法性建设的基本经验启示。 |

The source of legitimacy of rural grass-roots political power: transition and interpretation |

| Abstract: The source of the rural grass-roots political organizations’ legitimacy experienced the change from ideological education, worship of the authority, economic performance to democratic governance, which changes short-term variable resources into the authority of the institutionalized and rational successfully and consolidate the authority of the Party and the Government at the grassroots level. In the new historical period, the development of rural grassroots democracy is the core of construction of rural grass-roots legitimacy. It is of vital importance to implement democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision to incorporate rural grass-roots governance into the scope of democratization and increasingly strengthen the public base of grassroots regime. This is the fundamental experience drawn from the legitimacy building of rural grass-roots regime since 1949. |
