摘 要: 虚无、明觉为龙溪哲学的重要概念,它们具有紧密的思想关联,无论在龙溪对道德价值的界定上还是在其修养实践中都具有重要的意义, 然而多有人因此而批评龙溪入于禅。对这两个概念进行深入的分析,揭示这两个概念在龙溪哲学中的深刻内涵及它们之间的深刻联系及其在道德本体与修养实践上的意义,从而证明龙溪之虚无与明觉与禅是有本质不同的,不能因此而判定其入于禅。 |

The significance of nothingness and clear-awareness in
Wang Longxi’s study of conscience |

Abstract: Nothingness and clear-awareness are two of the most important concepts having close connection in the philosophy of Wang Longxi. They play a significant role both in the definition of ethical value and in the practice of moral cultivation. Many scholars, however, criticized that his philosophy was actually from Zen Buddhism because of the two concepts. This paper tries to analyze the two concepts in depth so as to reveal their profound meanings and the connection between the two concepts in Wang Longxi’s philosophy as well as the significance in moral ontology and moral practice. Therefore, the meanings of the two concepts in Wang Longxi’s philosophy are essentially different from Zen Buddhism. Wang Long’s philosophy cannot be considered as Zen Buddhism according to the two concepts. |
