儒家政治秩序构建的本体论依据

摘  要: 儒者的任务是要重建人间的政治秩序,期盼至善政治秩序的价值归依。为此,他们建构了一个以德治、礼治为基本治理模式的君主政治秩序样式,形成了自己独特的政治秩序理论。以天命、人性、阴阳三个基本的哲学命题为本体论依据,儒家推演和建构出一套完整的价值系统。

The ontological basis for the construction of confucianists’ political order

Abstract: Confucianists’ mission was to reconstruct the political order of human society and take the pursuit of ideal political order as their ultimate goal. With the support of three Ontological Bases including Fatality, Humanity and Yin –yang, Confucianism formed its special theory of political order which theoretically designed a Kingship Political Order Model with the characteristic of Moral-government and Rite-government. It was the three theoretical bases that made Confucianists’ form their integrative culture system.
