| 摘 要： 阐述了以毛泽东为代表的中共第一代领导集体的“中国革命分两步走”战略、“一化三改”战略、“赶超战略”“中国建设两步走”战略及以邓小平为代表的中共第二代领导集体的“三步走”战略和以江泽民为代表的中共第三代领导集体的“新三步走”“全面建设小康社会”战略的提出和实施过程，并总结了我党进行社会发展战略决策的经验和教训。 |

| Abstract: This article deals with Mao Zedong′s “two steps in Chinese revolution” and “socialist industrialization and socialist reform”, Deng Xiaoping′s “Three steps” and Jiang Zemin′s “new three steps” and “building up a prosperous society in an allround way”, and discusses the experiences of the leaders of CCP in making strategic decisions. |
