摘 要： 建立了区域科技发展水平综合评价指标体系，并采用2002年中国各地区科技发展情况的最新数据，运用系统聚类方法和因子分析模型对各地区科技发展水平进行了综合评价。

| Abstract: In this article,the author established the evaluation index system of regional science and technology development and expatiated the basic principle of cluster method and factor model.A set of data from 31 regions in 2002 are used. By means of cluster method and factor model, the author comprehensively appraised the level of regional science and technology development. |
