| Abstract: With the development of IT, the legal protection problem is initiated in Software Related Business Methods .The protection of intellectual property rights makes it necessary to reconcile Intellectual Property Laws of different countries and comprehensively expand the contents of International Intellectual Property Law. Gu Zuxue′s International Intellectual Property Law provides a new theoretical argument for the efficient solution to the problem. |
