摘 要： 结合国家开发银行在湖南省的20个城建项目,在对城建融资模式深入阐述的基础上,探讨了国家开发银行当前贷款模式下的风险及其产生根源,并提出必须改革城建管理体制和投融资体制,真正将市场机制引入城市建设,建立经营城市公共产品的市场机制和市场环境。

Abstract: In recent years, CDB has provided lots of loans to support economic development and enhanced CDB’s influence on national economy. CDB advanced government credit construction by cooperatingwith local government. CDB has built up a good image. However, some questions emerged with the increase of city construction loan. This article combined with CDB’s 20 city construction projects inHunan Province, expounded city construction financing mode, probed
into city construction loan venture and its root, and put forwardsoml corresponding control ways. |
